Map Sector Proposition
I'd personally like to include the Hadarac Desert in the project, if need be I'll work on this map sector by myself on my own time and post some status updates on this forum topic for MCBM and the team.

Re: Map Sector Proposition
There were some thrown ideas that the hadarac could be impassable.
But i imagine it to be easily made so we can include it, we MUST include it.
it can be empty if needed, but we definitely need it.

I would like Ellesmera and Du Weldenvarden included in the project. The elf city seems so elegant and I think it would a beautiful place to explore in. It would be really cool to see Vrael's house and the treehouses, the crags of tel nair, the sparring field, oromis' hut, the elven court and the vast expanse of pine forest. Personally, if Ellesmera actually existed, I would definitely live there:)

Re: Map Sector Proposition
How is the dragon rider city, Vardengard, going to work out? I know it's beyond the map, so are we going to create a part of the map from our imagination, or are we going to link it at the edge of the normal map?

Re: Map Sector Proposition
I was thinking about ellesmera and thought of it as a clash between dwemer architect and lots of nature giving it great designs but having its own thing sort of if you get what I mean. Don't know if this is the right place to put this or not....

Re: Map Sector Proposition
Dwemer? No that would not work. Obviously nothing from the Elder Scrolls series will be included and Ellesmera is a tree city.
Re: Map Sector Proposition
No, i understand where he's going i picture the floor on the streets like that now dor some reason... and think it would work pretty well. But i'll read up into the descriptions.

Re: Map Sector Proposition
i like it and what i ment by that is the gold color that is used quite frequently mixed with the trees and greenery. because as graceful as the elfs are they also have a rougher side in battle that should be shown in there architecture

@brunnwag the image you posted is really good, but it's very hard to do that. You need a powerful engine, a lot of time of editing..maybe with the creatio kit it will be possibile

Yeah I like that pic. Its quite how I imagined it too.
I suppose it could work this way.

Re: Map Sector Proposition
the desert will increase the size of the mod far largely and if we going to implantment this into thee mod we should have something there rather than just plains

Re: Map Sector Proposition
yeah, we have the odd mountain but i think we need something like a random massive crater with a mini clump of trees around a lake, teeming with life.

Re: Map Sector Proposition
Well, we don't have to base it 100% off of CP, and who knows, maybe there is still civilization in the desert... . Could be a tribe of them living underground, untouched by the events of the war between the elves and the dragons, galbatorix's rule, and his overthrowing. They could use unique weapons and armor, and if you do tasks for them, they might accept you as "one of them". They could teach you words of power to make the desert more welcoming to you, or teach you survival skills so you can get food from anywhere in it.

Re: Map Sector Proposition
theoretically you could randomly generate the bulk of the Hadarac desert but add your own details to make it less repetitive

There already is a civilization they're called the wandering tribes. It's where Nasuada comes from.
