I <3 Eragon!!!

Ok so the idea is (i dont know if we could do this it just seemed cool in my mind.) So your walking through [insert an appropriate town name here] and this guy walks up to you and starts saying when he's got the time he's going to leave the town and go on an adventure. You ask where and why and he replies saying about his obsession with eragon and that he wants to follow his footsteps (from the first book) and recover some stuff (dont know what) and see the places he went. So you offer to take him and protect him (He becomes your follower).
You meet up in Carvahall and set off.
I thought this would be a good idea as when i found about the MERP mod i immeadiatly wanted to relive frodo's journey and i wish to in this mod!

What places would you meet up at? And if you travel all across Alagaesia then shouldn't it be more than 500 gold?

500 crowns is quite a bit in the IC I thought? More than 500 gold in skyrim. Plus this quest would mainly be for enjoyment.

Not too much. Brom bought Snowfire for 200. If a trip is to be made across Alagaesia I would reward at least 10000.
