Anyone with Internet Access knows by now that the Creation Kit is released tommorow, so I was wondering what everyone was thinking about doing first?

I think I speak for many Skyrim Scripters when I say that my first order of business will be learning Papyrus as fast as possible.
Then I'll probably scan through most of the game scripts study , before starting to look in detail at the Health/Mana/Stamina system prepping for the first major conversion.
Optimistically I'd say it'll take about a week to grasp Papyrus + Skyrim's innards, and maybe another to build the actual conversion. Ofc after that I'll likely spend twice as much time fixing glitches in it, but hey, that's the fun of it... Smile

So what do you guys think your first moments in the innards of Skyrim will be like? And what do you want to work on first?

First thing i'd like to do with the CK is see what it takes to set up the weaponsa as stand-alones ingame, and see if it's possible to add visual effects to them (flames from a weapon for example.....blue ones.. or pink!)
i'd also like to see if its possible to add new weapon classes (Blow guns anyone? Razz)

So mainly stuff related to items and visuals.

Well, I'll just have a look at it and try a few minor things out. Aiming to get dragon riding working should be a top priority like someone said as it will help us gain more visibility.

Probably be a good idea for people to come onto IRC then we can instantly help each other out.
