[ALAGAËSIA] 2D Art

I wasn't really sure what I was supposed to be doing, but I thought I would start doing something constructive.

I don't really know where to post this, as it doesn't seem directly related to progress (someone can move if it's wrong). But I started on some general art ideas, just some WIP's based on some ideas I saw on the forum. I came up with a basic idea:

Bear in mind that, at the moment, the image is quite small, needs a fair amount of refining, and serves very little purpose - usually I like to create something, and then work banners/logos from that.

Also, the 4 images faded around the edge (which are the moment are just generic medievaly images) can be replaced with game screenies at a later date

Constructive criticism is encouraged

EDIT: Having looked at these again, there's an issue with some of the lettering crossing which I hadn't seen, but will sort out when I get a moment

Looking nice, only saw one as its a pain on iDevices

i think the first one with the thirds light bloom affect would look awesome

I agree with Sentinal the first one really captures my attention, I feel it'd be best; all of them are fantastic though, good job Tyrtaeus

Still needs refinement, but I was thinking of moving onto a logo of sorts, something a bit more short and sweet - maybe something like a big 'A' with a dragon involved/wrapped around? And did someone mention the Gedwey Ignasia as well? Ideas?

They all good, I would like to see the first one with the glare of the second one
